Click "Sign Up" to complete the registration 5. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account On the mobile app: 1. Download the StayKSA app from the App Store or Google Play Store 2. Open the app and tap on "Sign Up" 3. Choose to sign up with email or through your Google, Facebook, or Apple account 4. If using email, enter your name, email address, and create a password 5. Tap "Sign Up" to complete the registration 6. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account

If you've forgotten your password: 1. Click/tap on "Sign In" 2. Click/tap on "Forgot Password" 3. Enter the email address associated with your account 4. Check your email for a password reset link 5. Follow the instructions to create a new password

To delete your StayKSA account: 1. Sign in to your account 2. Go to your profile settings by clicking on your profile picture 3. Select "Profile" 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete My Account" 5. Follow the confirmation steps to complete the process Please note that account deletion is permanent and will remove all your booking history and saved preferences. If you have any active bookings, please contact customer support before deleting your account.

Searching and Making Bookings

To find accommodations on StayKSA: 1. Enter your destination in the search box on the homepage 2. Select your check-in and check-out dates 3. Specify the number of guests and rooms 4. Click/tap "Search" 5. Use the filters on the results page to refine your search by: o Price range o Property type (hotel, apartment, villa, etc.) o Star rating o Guest rating o Facilities and amenities o Location o Special offers 6. Sort results by price, guest rating, or distance from landmarks 7. Click on properties to view details, photos, and reviews

You can book up to 8 rooms in a single booking through our platform. If you need to book more than 8 rooms, please contact our customer support team for assistance with group bookings.

Most properties allow bookings up to 12-18 months in advance. Some properties, especially during high-demand periods like Hajj and Ramadan, may have specific booking windows. The availability will be displayed when you search for your desired dates.

Yes, you can book multiple rooms within the same property by adjusting the number of rooms during the booking process. For multiple different properties, you'll need to make separate bookings.

Yes, you can make bookings on behalf of others. During the booking process, you'll be asked to provide the guest information. Make sure to include accurate details for all guests as this information will be shared with the property.

Most bookings require a credit or debit card to guarantee the reservation. The payment options available will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

Pricing and Payments

We accept various payment methods including: • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) • Mada (Saudi debit card) • Apple Pay and other digital wallets soon. • Buy now, pay later options through partners like Tamara and Tabby (TBA) soon.

Prices are displayed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) by default. However, you may see estimated prices in other currencies for reference. The actual charge will typically be in SAR, and your bank or card issuer will convert it to your local currency if applicable.

Cancellations and Modifications

To cancel your booking: 1. Sign in to your StayKSA account 2. Go to "My Bookings" 3. Select the booking you wish to cancel 4. Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the instructions 5. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email once completed

Whether you'll be charged for cancellation depends on the property's cancellation policy and how far in advance you cancel: • If you have a booking with free cancellation and cancel within the specified timeframe, no cancellation fee will apply • If your booking is no longer free to cancel or is non-refundable, you may incur cancellation fees as specified in the booking conditions • The specific cancellation policy and any associated fees are clearly displayed before you complete your booking and in your confirmation email

Travel Support and Safety

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the purpose of your visit. Many countries are now eligible for e-Visa or Visa on Arrival for tourism purposes. We recommend checking the official Saudi visa website or contacting the Saudi embassy or consulate in your country for the most up-to-date information.
